Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Product(s) will be shipped within a maximum of 7 days for items available in stock. In case of stock depletion, the period may be extended up to approximately 25 days, and ULISER will be obliged to inform the customer about this timeframe. If the estimated period by ULISER to replenish stock exceeds 25 days, the buyer will have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount previously paid, without ULISER being obliged to compensate the buyer in any additional way.
These timeframes are indicative and correspond to those provided by shipping agencies. ULISER is not responsible for delivery delays beyond its direct management.
ULISER reserves the right to select the shipping agency, ensuring that it is always a nationally or internationally recognized carrier. We are not responsible if delivery times are extended once the product has been shipped. We will contact the carrier to ensure our customers receive the product as quickly as possible.
Returns
The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery date to inspect the item and ensure satisfaction with the purchase. After this period, returns will not be accepted, except in cases covered by the legal warranty.
Direct costs arising from the return, such as return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on ULISER’s part.
Returns of personalized products or those which, by their nature, cannot be returned, will not be accepted.
If you detect any problem upon receiving the package, please take photographs of its condition to process the claim with the carrier as soon as possible.
Returns of items that are poorly packaged, used, or damaged will not be accepted. The return must be made using the original box or packaging provided by ULISER.
Once the product is received and its condition verified, the corresponding amount, including original shipping costs, will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Warranty
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects, such as:
- Failures in original seams.
- Defects in assembly or internal structure.
- Problems with metal parts or hardware due to an original defect.
To validate the warranty, proof of purchase will be required, and the product must be evaluated by our technical service.
The buyer must request warranty service by email at info@uliser.com. ULISER will inform the customer about the shipping process, timeframes, and other details, always maintaining the possibility of issuing a full refund of the amount paid.
Any shipment related to a manufacturing defect and the use of this warranty, whether from ULISER to the buyer or vice versa, will be covered by ULISER.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
Natural wear and tear from use, including:
- Scratches or marks on the leather.
- Loss of color or shine due to the passage of time.
- Deformations caused by load or frequent use.
Damage caused by improper use, such as:
- Prolonged exposure to sun, humidity, or excessive heat.
- Contact with chemical substances or abrasive products.
- Liquid spills or external stains.
Accidental damage:
- Breakage due to impacts, pulls, cuts, or snags.
- Damage caused by falls.
External interventions:
- Repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Modifications or alterations of the original product.
Loss or damage of non-essential accessories (e.g., protective bags, labels, packaging).
