It is a piece that carries stories, reflects style, and conveys character. In a market dominated by mass production, we chose a different path: creating handcrafted leather golf bags, made one by one in Spain, with the same dedication once devoted to every piece meant to last a lifetime.

Our story
We were born where leather is respected.
Uliser was born in Ubrique, Cádiz, a town internationally renowned for its tradition of luxury leather goods. For generations, Ubrique has been the epicentre of artisanal leatherwork, collaborating with some of the world’s most prestigious brands.
Our story begins in that environment of knowledge and precision, where we learned that leather is not only worked: it is respected.
Half a century of dedication

one single obsession
Since we applied Ubrique’s leatherworking tradition to the world of golf, we have never stopped refining what we do. The standards do not change. They only rise.
70s
The origins
The first leather golf bags
In the early 1970s, we developed our first leather golf bags and accessories, bringing Ubrique’s artisanal know-how to the world of golf—a sport that shares with craftsmanship values such as tradition, elegance, and attention to detail.
2000s
Consolidation
The hallmark of major fashion houses
Since then, we have evolved while keeping our commitment to quality, timeless design, and artisanal manufacturing intact. Our workshop produced leather goods for some of the most prestigious fashion houses, both in Spain and internationally.

Each Uliser bag is the result of a manual process involving artisans specialised in high-end leather goods.
Raw material
Leather selection
We work exclusively with genuine, high-quality leather, selected for its strength, texture, and ability to age naturally. Leather must be beautiful from day one and improve over time. No extraordinary bag begins with mediocre material.
No automation
Cutting and preparation
Each piece is cut by hand, respecting the material’s natural structure and optimising every surface. We do not use automated industrial production. Hand cutting allows the artisan to read the leather and place each pattern where the material’s properties are at their best.
The soul of the piece
Assembly and stitching
Stitching serves a structural function as well as an aesthetic one. We reinforce the areas under greatest tension to ensure durability and stability after years of use on the course. Selected thread, perfect tension, stitches set millimetre by millimetre. This is not delegated to a machine.
The final signature
Finishing and quality control
Before leaving the workshop, each bag is carefully inspected. We check stitching, compartments, hardware, and final details to ensure every unit meets our standards. Only when the artisan is satisfied does the piece receive its certificate of authenticity.
The result is not a seasonal product.
It is a piece designed to last for decades.

We do not manufacture in series. The number of pieces we produce is determined by the hours our artisans can dedicate to each bag. We will never reduce that time.

Each bag that leaves our workshop bears the signature of the artisan who created it. It is not a production code. It is the signature of a person who personally stands behind their work.

We use traditional leatherworking techniques passed down from generation to generation in Ubrique. Technology has not yet found a way to replicate what skilled hands produce with precise tools.
